The RF-M-HFM100 is a high-pressure PTFE membrane separator designed for final-stage liquid and aerosol removal in process gas applications. The hydrophobic PTFE membrane provides an absolute barrier to liquid transmission while allowing gas to pass freely, ensuring zero liquid carryover to downstream analysers and instruments.

GMS100 Compact Membrane Separator
Compact stainless steel membrane separator for gas analysis
The RF-M-GMS100 is a compact PTFE membrane separator in 316L stainless steel, designed for gas analysis sample conditioning. With a knurled body for easy maintenance access and dual sample ports, it is ideal for continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS) and process analyser protection at pressures up to 100 bar.

GMS105 / GMS105P Membrane Separator with Pre-Filter
Integral coalescing pre-filter extends membrane life
The RF-M-GMS105 series combines a PTFE membrane with an integral coalescing pre-filter, significantly extending membrane life by removing bulk liquid before it reaches the membrane. Available in 316L stainless steel (GMS105) or solid PTFE body (GMS105P) for highly corrosive gases such as chlorine, HCl, and sour gas.

GMS170 / GMS122 Fast-Loop Membrane Separator

The RF-M-GMS170 features a three-port fast-loop design that minimises analyser response time by allowing continuous sample flow through the separator. The RF-M-GMS122 variant includes an integral drain port for automatic liquid removal. Both models are ideal for time-critical sampling applications where fast analyser response is required.
