Process Gas Filters
High-pressure 316L stainless steel filtration for corrosive process gas and liquid service. From compact analyser filters rated at 7 bar to heavy-duty process vessels rated at 400 bar — all designed to European engineering standards.

High-Pressure Process Gas Filters
Large-vessel filtration for demanding process environments
The 150 and 160 Series are our heaviest-duty process gas filters, designed to BS5500 pressure vessel standards. These 316L stainless steel housings handle the most demanding high-pressure, high-temperature applications — from corrosive gas streams to liquid filtration in refinery and petrochemical service.
Key Features
- Designed to BS5500 pressure vessel standard
- Available in Monel and Hastelloy on special order
- Accepts coalescing, particulate, SS, and PTFE elements
- Viton gaskets as standard (PTFE, annealed copper available)
- NACE MR-01-75 compliant for sour service

Process Gas & Analyser Filters
Compact stainless steel filters for analyser and process duty
Purpose-built for gas analysis and process monitoring applications. These compact 316L stainless steel housings feature tool-free element access and bowl-up designs, making routine maintenance fast and clean — even in confined instrument enclosures.
Key Features
- Tool-free bowl removal for rapid element changes
- Bowl-up design prevents spillage during maintenance
- Compact footprint for panel and rack mounting
- 4-port option available (129 Series) for bypass configurations
- Glass-bowl option (RF-H-137G) for visual contamination monitoring

Low-Pressure Inline Filters
Visual-inspection inline filters for low-pressure gas service
Designed for low-pressure applications where visual inspection of contamination levels is valuable. These inline filters feature transparent or mesh-type viewing sections, allowing operators to monitor filter condition without disassembly.
Key Features
- Transparent bowl or mesh section for visual inspection
- Lightweight inline installation — no separate mounting
- Low pressure drop design
- Suitable for gas and light liquid service
- Quick-release bowl for rapid element replacement

Adsorption Housings
Dedicated vapour removal housings for activated carbon and molecular sieve
Purpose-built housings for vapour-phase adsorption — removing oil vapour, hydrocarbons, mercury, H₂S, and other gaseous contaminants. These housings accept activated carbon cartridges and molecular sieve media, and are typically installed downstream of a coalescing filter for maximum protection.
Key Features
- Optimised internal geometry for adsorption media
- High-pressure ratings matching RF-H-150 / RF-H-160 process filters
- Accepts multiple adsorbent types: activated carbon, molecular sieve, soda lime, Purafil, silver-impregnated carbon
- Can be used in series with coalescing filters
- Viton gaskets standard (PTFE, copper on request)

Membrane Housings
PTFE membrane filtration for critical gas sampling
The RF-M-HFM100 membrane housing uses a sintered PTFE membrane disc to provide absolute liquid barrier protection for gas sampling applications. Unlike coalescing elements which rely on coalescence and drainage, the membrane physically blocks all liquid — making it ideal for applications where even momentary liquid breakthrough is unacceptable.
Key Features
- Absolute liquid barrier — no liquid carryover
- Sintered PTFE membrane disc — chemically inert
- Auto-drain capability for collected liquid
- High-pressure rated (150 bar)
- Compact design for panel mounting
