Compressed Air Filters
Coalescing filters, filter regulators, and vapour adsorption cartridges for compressed air purification. Achieve ISO 8573-1 purity classes with proven filtration technology — from compact point-of-use units to high-flow main-line installations.

Coalescing Filters
Oil, water, and particulate removal to ISO 8573-1 standards
The coalescing filter range spans from compact ⅛″ units for point-of-use protection through to high-flow ¾″ main-line installations. All housings feature aluminium or polycarbonate bowls with optional automatic condensate drains. Designed for reliable, continuous compressed air purification meeting ISO 8573-1 purity classes for oil, water, and particulate.
Key Features
- ISO 8573-1 compliant: achieves oil Class 1 (aerosol) with grade HE coalescing elements
- Automatic float drain option eliminates manual condensate removal
- Polycarbonate bowl option for visual liquid monitoring
- Integral first-stage particulate pre-filter on larger models
- Differential pressure gauge port for element life monitoring
- Maximum flow rates up to 200 m³/hr (RF-H-395)

Filter Regulators
Combined filtration and pressure regulation in a single unit
Filter regulators combine a coalescing filter with an integrated pressure regulator, reducing component count and simplifying installation. Available in sizes matching the main coalescing filter range, these units provide simultaneous air purification and pressure control for point-of-use applications.
Key Features
- Combined filtration and pressure regulation — fewer components
- Adjustable outlet pressure with integral gauge
- Same element compatibility as standard coalescing housings
- Polycarbonate or aluminium bowl options
- Reduces installation complexity and potential leak points
- Available with auto-drain on selected models

Vapour Adsorption Cartridges
Oil vapour removal for the final purification stage
After coalescing filters remove liquid oil aerosols, trace oil vapour remains in the compressed air. Activated carbon adsorption cartridges provide the final purification stage, reducing total oil content (aerosol + vapour) to ≤0.003 mg/m³ — achieving ISO 8573-1 oil Class 1 (total). Available for the larger housing sizes in the range.
Key Features
- Achieves ISO 8573-1 oil Class 1 (total) — ≤0.003 mg/m³
- Activated carbon (CC) fill — removes oil vapour by adsorption
- Pre-packed sealed cartridge — clean, fast replacement
- Must be used downstream of a coalescing filter (removes liquid first)
- Maximum 50 °C — adsorption capacity reduces at higher temperatures
- Replace when downstream oil monitor shows rising levels
