Vacuum Pump Exhaust Filters
Aluminium and stainless steel exhaust filters for vacuum pump oil mist removal — from compact laboratory units to large industrial installations handling up to 765 m³/hr.

Aluminium Vacuum Pump Exhaust Filters
Cost-effective oil mist removal for standard vacuum pump exhaust
The aluminium series provides reliable, cost-effective exhaust filtration for non-corrosive vacuum pump applications. Ranging from compact single-element units for small laboratory pumps to large multi-element housings for industrial rotary vane and rotary piston pumps. All models feature tool-free element access for fast, clean maintenance.
Key Features
- Flow range: 5 m³/hr (RF-H-420) to 765 m³/hr (RF-H-456)
- RF-H-433 and above: integral back-pressure gauge and anti-reintrainment mesh
- Tool-free element access — clean, fast maintenance
- Captured outlet for ducting on all models except RF-H-420
- Oil drain for recovered coalesced oil
- Uses RF-CS coalescing elements (silica binder, 200 °C rated)

Stainless Steel Vacuum Pump Exhaust Filters
Corrosion-resistant exhaust filtration for demanding environments
The stainless steel series provides full 316L construction for corrosive exhaust environments, high-purity applications, and installations where stainless steel is mandated by specification. Identical flow ratings and element compatibility to the aluminium range, with superior chemical resistance and cleanability.
Key Features
- Full 316L stainless steel construction — no aluminium components
- 200 °C maximum — higher than aluminium range (120 °C)
- Same flow ratings and element compatibility as aluminium series
- Superior chemical resistance for corrosive exhaust gases
- Hygienic design — fully cleanable and autoclavable
- Uses RF-CS coalescing elements (silica binder)
