Filtration tasks from real projects
Anonymised examples from current inquiries: the operating data, how we sized the filter, which RF articles we proposed and what still had to be clarified. Use them as a starting point for your own application.

CNG line filters at 200 bar: 50 coalescing filters for fuelling stations
A distributor needed a high-pressure coalescing filter for CNG station lines. We converted the standard flow into actual flow, chose the pressure class and standardised on one housing and one element.

Alkaline electrolysis test benches: 8 filters, one housing type
A test-bench builder needed gas coalescers for H₂/O₂ and filters for the KOH electrolyte circuit. We proposed one PTFE-sealed 316L housing for all eight positions and a customer test plan for KOH.

Nitrogen filters for an EPC project: two grades, one element
An EPC contractor requested four 316 stainless nitrogen filters with 1 µm and 0.3 µm grades. One coalescing element covered both requirements, so the plant needs only one spare-part type.

Oxygen from electrolysis: two filter stages for 250 Nm³/h
A developer of an oxygen purification unit asked for filter components only. We defined a KOH-aerosol stage before and a particle stage after the dryers, both in oxygen-cleaned 316L.

Analyser sample line: a functional alternative for a plastic filter housing
A system integrator needed 30 compact filters for natural-gas analysers. We proposed a nylon housing with a coalescing element as a functional alternative – and listed openly what still has to be checked.

Laboratory hydrogen drying after a PEM electrolyser
A research centre wanted to dry wet hydrogen from a lab PEM electrolyser at a few litres per minute. We estimated the water load first and then built a drying train around it.
